God's will

Sometimes it very hard to see the path that's Gods leading us on. We believe that God is leading us one way but he may have whole different way to take us.

Sometimes we hold on to something that we want and kid our self's into thinking that its Gods will. When it may not be.

It may just be what we want.

Its is important to always be asking God for guidance and to lead us his way.

Care.

Care.

I believe care is the love God shows everyone of us. Care is more then romantic love or friendship but care is thinking of the other person over your self. When you care for someone or something you don't think of what you could get out of the relationship but you put the needs of the other before you. I believe this is the love that God wants us to have for one another.

Most of us at some point, find it very hard to care, we want to get something for our self's, to make us feel wanted and attractive, and beautiful.

But sometimes we need to practice the love that God gives Care.

Then we may just find that someone shows us care when we need it most.

Change...

Its amazing how things are always changing, some in good ways and others in ways we don't want them too. when i think back to all the things that change has taught me, i see that even though i don't always like change, it is mostly for the best, in someway.

Time...

Time is like a river always moving.

Time shapes our lives,

But there is always a right time for everything.

Once upon a time in a land far away from here, there lived a rug maker, he made the most beautiful rugs in the entire kingdom. He had two lovely daughters and he knew that each girls secret wish was to own her very own rug. So one day he called his daughters and said “My daughters i knew each of you have a secret wish to have a rug. I will make you a beautiful one each”.Well as you can imagine the girls could hardly sleep at night. One day the girls were taking some food their mother had prepared for their father. The oldest girl arrived there before her sister, and she saw a corner of the most beautiful rug sticking out from underneath the door that lead into the back room. Suddenly she knew she could not wait a minute longer, for that rug that was meant for her. She ran to the door grabbing the edge of the rug she pulled. Little did she know that it was not finished her father had not put the finishing touches on the rug. She wanted it before the time was right. After much pulling she had it free. It was more beautiful then she could imagined. She did not seem to see the tear and a tiny rip that had been made from pulling it out from under the door. She went home over joyed.The younger sister knew that her father had a rug for her too. But she couldn’t help wondering why it was taking so long in coming. Surly it would be finished now. She went to the rug shop. There just like her sisters was the most beautiful rug sticking out from under the door. She couldn’t help wondering if it wouldn’t it be nicer to have it now and not wait. Because waiting seemed so long. But she decided to trust her father even though it was hard to.Finely the day came her Rug was ready! She made her way to the shop. There the door had been open and her beautiful rug was lying over a chair. The wait had been long but worth it. the rug was made out of bright colours and every little detail had been done.Many years latter when the Rug maker was long gone. The daughters still had their rugs. The oldest daughter had hers in the kitchen where she loved to admire it. She loved it but not with all her heart. The younger daughter’s rug was tenderly put in the best room in the house. She treasured it and loved it will all her heart.Waiting though it can be hard is always worth it.

He Has Called Us.

The path that God has called Us to walk is a lonely path,

a path where there are thorns, holes and lions.

But God is always there beside us.

He is our lovely father showing us the way.

There is so much evil in this world, swearing, killing, cheating, stealing.

So much pain, broken Homes, broken hearts, broken lives.

But God has called us to live in the now.

Not the past or the Future.

He has called us for such a time as this.

He is asking us to turn away from the World,

our wants, our greed, our romantic desires.

He is asking us to give all of our heart, not just some of it.

Not just the the bits we want to give him,

but everything,

our wants, our romantic desires, our needs, our pain.

When we do he begins to work in a wonderful way within our lives.

He doesn't say it will be easy or fun

but he does say he will never leave us or forsake us.
